The Great Nigerian Jollof Rice

www.korje.com
Hi guys, how are y'all doing? I hope way better than the last time we spoke.
I don't know about you but I have missed talking about food and sharing delicious recipes, so today we're going to be sharing from our favorite food blogger, one of Nigeria's favorite dishes - Jollof Rice! Yeesss! Have all your jollof rice attempts turned out sad? Get in here, learn a trick or two today. I am proud to say, I've been told I'm a badass at this and I still learned a few more tricks in the last year from following and paying attention to my hardworking and blessed Nigerian cooks on Instagram. Learning new recipes is one of my favorite things to do, even though I'd rather someone else goes through the stress of making all the ingredients available. Now, buckle up, let's take your Jollof rice game to another level.

A Simple Meat Pie Recipe

Greetings all! How was your weekend? Eventful, or relaxed? Whichever, I hope you enjoyed it. Today, from our food blog, I bring you a Nigerian meat pie recipe. Many people feel that making snacks is too tedious and time consuming, and so opt for buying most of their snacks from fast foods and restaurants. Well, this may be true for some snacks but I think we exaggerate the truth. I'm a simple, "fast to cook-food and snack" lover, so anything that sounds remotely stressful, I conclude that it's a "long thing", and don't bother learning it. However, lately, I have noticed that many of the recipes I avoided are not that bad, stress-wise. I'm certain that there are many others like me out there and I hope this simple meat pie recipe will convince you of my claim. It can be fun making your own food and snacks; you can explore with spices/ingredients and add a twist to make it your own and of course, save yourself lots of money. Let's quickly take a look at the recipe, shall we?

For The Love of Food

Picture from www.korje.com

Hey guys? How are we all doing? I know I have told you food makes me happy right? Yes, so today, I'll like to share with you one of my favorite soups-Banga soup. I know how Niger Delta restaurant in Wuse 2, Abuja drained my cash in the name of Starch and Banga. I totally love that dish and so I'll say it was worth it, but my small money started finishing anyhow and so I had to cut down drastically. Now, because I love you and I believe I have partners out there who love this soup, I will gladly share the recipe with you (not mine oh- I'm learning too). Follow me darlings...
