The Great Nigerian Jollof Rice

www.korje.com
Hi guys, how are y'all doing? I hope way better than the last time we spoke.
I don't know about you but I have missed talking about food and sharing delicious recipes, so today we're going to be sharing from our favorite food blogger, one of Nigeria's favorite dishes - Jollof Rice! Yeesss! Have all your jollof rice attempts turned out sad? Get in here, learn a trick or two today. I am proud to say, I've been told I'm a badass at this and I still learned a few more tricks in the last year from following and paying attention to my hardworking and blessed Nigerian cooks on Instagram. Learning new recipes is one of my favorite things to do, even though I'd rather someone else goes through the stress of making all the ingredients available. Now, buckle up, let's take your Jollof rice game to another level.

I totally love that dish and so I'll say it was worth it, but my small money started finishing anyhow and so I had to cut down drastically. Now, because I love you and I believe I have partners out there who love this soup, I will gladly share the recipe with you (not mine oh- I'm learning too). Follow me darlings...
