Hello darlings! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. How have you all been? Hope your holiday has been amazing. Mine has been awesome, very occupied with the right memories. I've been away for a while but had to drop by to say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 2014 will be coming to an end in a few hours and I just had to drop some love and say how grateful I am for sharing the year with me. It was amazing and you made it even more worthwhile. 

This may be coming a little late but I would just go ahead and say it anyway. 2014 is almost over, did you reflect on how it went by? It went by SO fast, honestly. What did you do right and what didn't work out as planned? What mistakes were made, what decisions taken? It's wise to do a self reflection/ evaluation on your life often, and the end of a year is usually a great time to do so (anytime is fine, by the way). People make new year resolutions and break them on day 3. I don't really do that or maybe not exactly. I just know what I want to achieve for the year and yes, most times I lose track too. We can change that though. How about we write down our achievement list for the next year and if you have time you can build on it all through the year by breaking each achievement into strategic plans to help bring them to light. Once it's broken down into smaller to-do lists, with time frames, it makes it easier to work on. Let's try that, shall we? Alright, I have to go get ready for the crossover service at church. Chocolate Cupcakes

Hello guys, how are you doing? This post is way overdue, I know. I am so sorry, I was busy with life. Five of my nephews are around for the summer holiday and it has been everything; funny, stressful, enlightening, annoying, entertaining, interesting and really fun. I'm practicing for motherhood I guess, lol. Okay, so today I want to share a delicious recipe with you all. Some of you already know I'm a cake baker while this is news to others. My favorite everything flavor is chocolate so you can imagine how much I'd love a rich chocolate cake, and guess what, there are many recipes all so delicious! How To Prepare Fondant Icing

Hey guys! What's up? Some of you may already know about my relationship with cakes; I'm a chocolate cake lover to the core. Real chocolate cake! My favorite icing type would be whip cream closely followed by butter cream, but for the purpose of beauty, I'll choose the fondant icing. The good part is that I can always roll it off my piece of cake, after it serves its purpose in front of the cameras.
